Requirements
  • A good understanding of accounting principles.
  • An analytical mind, 
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fresh graduates of Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Intermediate; or postsecondary candidates with a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Able to read and write in English

Responsibilities
  • Maintains accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and other financial data.  
  • Prepares and issues invoices and credit memos, applies cash receipts, reconciles company revenue.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Compile and update employee attendance and leave records
  • Solves customer issues and performs general office tasks, such as answering the phone, typing letters and filing. 
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and operational tasks
