Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Know how to use Microsoft office to do data entry. 
  • Can speak and write in English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Requied Skill(s): basic computer literate, Microsoft Office. 
  • Non working experians required.
  • Apple iPhone / iMac user are welcomeing.

Responsibilities
  • You will be in charge of the management and follow- up of local and export orders: from receipt order from the customer thru invoicing and shipping/dispatching in a timely professional and proactive manner in accordance with the SOP.
  • You will be in charge of answering and dealing with all customer queries (orders, payments, claims and deliveries/shipping) in deep link with our internal services: administration, production, quality and warehouse.
  • You are required to handle customer’s emails promptly in a professional manner without delaying and able to escalate information precisely.
  • You will be in daily contact with our customers and deal with the administrative exports/sales documents. Accuracy of handling shipping docs. is highly expected.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service.
  • To assist Customer Service Manager in analysis and planning the customer service related activities.
  • To assist in routine office admin work ie  inventory, documentation and filing & etc
  • To co-ordinate and follow up adminstrative jobs
  • Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
