Requirements
  • SPM/STPM in any discipline.
  • 20 years old and above.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • MUST complete a minimum of 6 months with Scicom (MSC) Bhd.
  • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Helpdesk support: Customer service in Mandarin – voice, emails, chat pertaining to online gaming.
  • Information management
  • Documentation / Administration
  • Voice of customer; feedback and analysis
  • Systems access & upload
  • Manage & update company database & customer relationship management systems (CRM)
