Requirements
- SPM/STPM
in any discipline.
- 20
years old and above.
- Good
command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- MUST
complete a minimum of 6 months with Scicom (MSC) Bhd.
- Possess
initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
- Dynamic,
highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal
skills.
- China

Responsibilities
- Helpdesk
support: Customer service in Mandarin – voice, emails, chat pertaining to
online gaming.

management

& update company database & customer relationship management
systems (CRM)
