Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years relevant working experience in similar field/company
• Able to withstand a warm environment, standing and walking for long periods
• Familiarity and experience with modern food manufacturing processes and food safety systems such as Halal, HACCP, ISO, etc.
• Hands on, Goal Oriented and fully committed to getting the job done
• Resourceful, dynamic personality, able to multi task and creative problem solving
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office software.
• Relevant qualification in Food Science
• Passion for food

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the integrity and quality of our products by conducting process checks at critical points of every production and receiving of all raw materials and all packaging materials.
• To maintain accurate and organized records of all QA activities.
• To maintain ongoing company compliance with all applicable regulations and customer requirements
• To be responsible for and to advance our safety and quality programs such as JAKIM Halal, HACCP, ISO, BRC etc.
• To oversee production staff and provide training and briefings to ensure standards are met.
• To conduct necessary tests to check product quality. Also to manage the submission of samples to external laboratory vendors and receive and analyse the results consequently. 
• To assist with Product R&D, Production Planning and Execution which encompasses planning and management of production schedule, man power, raw materials, packaging and storage.
