Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Candidates with retail background will have an added advantage.
• Experience in LAN, WAN, Active Directory and MS Exchange is an added advantage.
• Good service oriented mindset with a strong focus on addressing internal clients’ requirements and committed to exceed internal clients’ expectations.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines set.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• System support: Software application support services for all the existing systems at head office and to the other business units.
• End user support: to render support to all end-users and troubleshoot issues pertaining to windows platform and all other software applications.
• Network Support: Maintain and manage the computer networks in the company and ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively always.
• Management reporting: Keep Management Information System (MIS) Manager informed of key issues as well as other important activities and problems.
• Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring, and escalate to next level of support when necessary.
• To perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Travelling required
