Requirements

• Local resident aged between 25 and 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism industry, preferably in tour operations.
• Minimum qualification SPM, must be computer literate.
• Ability to work independently
• Good command of English language
• Will consider home-based candidate with own transport.

Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth delivery of services to our clients, co-ordination with local service suppliers
• To deal and resolve problems customer service.
