Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in the Restaurant/Cafe/Fast-Food
• Alert and friendly personality
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Have experience in handling events or functions
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
• Language - spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of MANDARIN is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth operations of outlet
• Responsible for the food and service quality to ensure customers satisfaction
• Ensure SOP on cash management and inventory control are enforced and adhered
• Conduct table visitations, mingle with customers to build relationship and increase patronage
• Anticipate customers complaints and take prompt corrective action
• Ensure a safe, secure and clean environment for customers and staff
