Requirement
• Experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Pleasant personality customer service oriented and friendly
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaint
• Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking) is a must
• Fluent in any other language (writing and speaking) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
• Monitor the management systems to identify problems and taking appropriate action to maintain and control the resolution of these problems.
• Customer service and support
• Provide courteous and professional technical support to customers.
• Proven customer service skills and computers literate
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
