Requirements

Able to work independently & self-motivated
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Economics or equivalent
Analytical/ innovative thinking
Good leadership quality, good communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and familiar with ecommerce, digital & social media
Strong networking in media relations
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities

Customer support online enquiries and sales
Maintain product listing on website and related channels
Responsible for event setup and support on-ground activities, PR event, CRM campaign
Manage customer loyalty programs
Maintain and analyze reports
Establish branding strategies and direction and enforce the identity of Company’s brands.
Well versed in marketing strategies and plan, marketing research, branding management and customer relationship management.
Responsible for the promotion activities, events and related sales and marketing for ecommerce.
To plan, formulate, organize, develop & implement strategic sales & marketing plans & activities to meet company’s objectives
Responsible in planning & coordinating major public relations, corporate communications & promotion activities
Keep abreast with competitors’ activities, gathering market & customers’ information
To undertake any other projects as assigned by the management from time to time
Responsible in preparing full cycle sales and marketing strategic plan, budget, pricing and resources allocation.
Involve in in-depth market analysis to recommend pricing strategy in launch of products
