Responsibilities
- Responsible
in managing the day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Making
appointments, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of
meeting, itinerary and general correspondence
- Handling
of personal and private/confidential matters
- Willing
to take on more job responsibilities when need arises
- Undertake
ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Receive,
direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages.
- To
handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- To
perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance,
daily collection.
- To
submit management report as per dateline.
- To
update monthly ageing report.
- To
perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
- Handle
day to day operations of accounting record & filling
