Requirements
  • Minimum of SPM graduate
  • Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mobile and willing to relocate within Malaysia.
  • Able to work long hours and irregular hours, i.e. public holidays and shift work

Responsibilities
  • To assist the Store Manager, Pharmacist and Retail Executives in the daily running of the shop operations.
  • To hold the keys to the store and to ensure proper opening and closing of the shop.
  • To supervise the intake of goods into the pharmacy, correct pricing, proper maintenance of shelf labels, proper merchandising and storing of stocks.
  • To assist in the preparations for the quarterly stock take, to do stock check and to check and explain on the stock discrepancies after the stock take.
  • To ensure data in the WINDSS Back Office is properly maintained.
  • To keep proper records and procedures of the clerical work e.g. the filing of PO, RPO, PRN, RTV, circulars and memo and upkeep all the registers.
  • To provide excellent customer service and to motivate subordinate staff under his/her charge to provide friendly, fast and accurate service to the customers.
  • To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the stocks, shelves and store are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure staff and promoters wear the uniform and badges at all times.
  • To ensure that non-Guardian staff such as promoters and beauty advisors follow rules and regulations and procedures as laid down by the management
  • To assist in maintaining security by ensuring security control / loss prevention procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • To conduct regular spot checks on cashiers, staff lockers and cosmetics counters as assigned by superior.
  • To be held responsible in the proper handling of money such as daily collection, petty cash, banking of sales, safe float etc and to resolve problems involved in credit card transactions.
  • To perform any other job assignments / duties as may be required by the management from time to time.
