Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/degree/diploma
  • Active in social media platforms
  • Passionate in communicate with customer
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Required basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities
  • Attend social media customer inquries
  • Keeping customer success / happy & build a long term relationship with them
  • Work closely to achieve company monthly sales target
  • Optimize user engagement, and grow follower base
  • Comprehensive research and understanding current market trend
  • Keep abreast of new social media trends/developments
  • Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store
