Requirements
- Candidate
must possess at least diploma, general education degree or the equivalent
in functional experience
- At
least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Soft skill : Problem
solving skill, communication.
- High
proficiency using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Product
Knowledge. Must possess excellent skills in written and verbal.
- Language
(Spoken): English,Chinese,Malay; Language (Written):
English,Chinese,Malay.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility
for deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or
face to face
- Responsibility
for respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Responsibility
for handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain
and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service
inquiries
- Provide
pricing and delivery information
- Process
orders, forms, applications and requests
- Direct
requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Record
details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Keep
records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record
details of actions taken
- Follow
up on customer interactions
