Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least diploma, general education degree or the equivalent in functional experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Soft skill : Problem solving skill, communication.
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Product Knowledge. Must possess excellent skills in written and verbal.
  • Language (Spoken): English,Chinese,Malay; Language (Written): English,Chinese,Malay.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Responsibility for respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Responsibility for handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
