Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, outdoor sales or telemarketing.
• Fresh grads are welcome, training is provided.
• Aggressive and Sales driven to achieve sales target, focus on e-commerce sales.
• Language proficiency, speak and writing in English and Bahasa Malay. *Chinese is a plus. 
• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
• Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS is a plus
• Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Reply all customer enquiry promptly (follow SOP) and drive the sales to achieve Company Target/ Goal.
• Customer follow-up, sales order (follow SOP), after sales service and repeat order.
• Manage and update customer data base.
• Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management)
• Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements
• Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
• Update product information and content on the website.
