Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
• Innovation in Graphic Design, Social Media and Online Marketing.
• Knowledgable in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Website Marketing is definitely an extra.
• Able to work under pressure, Hit KPI, condusive and Team-work oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle all information of various form of media and graphic of the company.
• Managingn Inventory/asset related to graphic material in the company.
• Design, Enhance and Contributing to Graphic Designing such as Banner, Poster, Backdrop, Certificates and others for the company.
• Design Signage, caption, brouchure, phamplet, signboard and organization chart of the company.
• Decide and determine the need and specification of the material required for the printing work, either internal or external.
• Monitor the security and movement of the anything related to graphic design, hardcopy, material, files, record and the security of the asset related to Graphic Unit.
• Managing the Graphic related asset and inventory together with the security of information and tally it with the standard and identity of the company.
• Monitor and maintain the graphic related asset and inventory.
• Control the quality and quantity of the graphic material.
• Obtain the approval from company in managing and monitoring every request from the customers that applied for graphic designing services.
• To help company in data management, choices of graphic material for the usage of company.
• Briefing and training regarding to the usage and handing of graphic material and inventory to all the staff and customers.
• Set the basic rules regarding the graphic designing service in company.
• Enhance and create good relationship among all staff and preparing a joyful and enjoyable working environment.
• Prepare the basis of all media requirement either electronic, online, offline and other form of material in supporting all company training, marketing, internal and external usage.
• Preparing a series of planned activities and the avaialability of graphic material/inventory with good budgetting for the company.
