Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Development, Hospitality Management 
  • Excel in MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Good Labor Law Knowledge
  • Understand HR full spectrum 
  • Experienced in Hotel's HR is a plus
  • Good organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and collaborate well with others
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay is a must. 
  • Candidates has to be patience, organize and self confidence
  • Candidates with Hospitality background is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • To assist in overall HR Administrative and L&D task including filing, data entering, despatch, upkeep records, respond enquiries from colleagues, coordinate interviews, HR related matters
  • To assist the L&D manager in training coordination, and related documentations
  • To assist the HR Manager in coordinating recruitment, colleague engagement and other related matters
  • Etc
