Requirements

• Management Trainee (English & Chinese Speaking)
• You must be very committed, hardworking, resilient, disciplined, self-motivated, and willing to put in extra effort
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, no experience required, training provided
• Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess at least a STPM / A Level / Pre-U / Diploma /  Degree, in any field
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pandan Perdana Cheras, and possess own transport
• English & Chinese Speaking

Responsibilities

• You will be exposed to the overall management of the business in the first 6 months of training, and eventually given a set of job scope best suite your strength to perform. As a trainee will be trained in the following job scope:
• Customer Service 
• Attend to customer's inquiry and complaint through various channel including phone, email, live chat, facebook, and ensure customer's expectations are met
• Account & Finance
• Prepare of payments to supplier, staff's claim, GST payment, prepare tax invoice, and issue cheques
• Administration
• Filling of documents and bills, prepare reports, analyse reports, and data key in
• Human Resource
• Hiring of new staff, staff training, EPF and Socso payment
• Operation & Purchasing
• Stocks check, ordering ingredients, maintain good relationship with supplier, and receiving of goods
• Production
• Planning of daily cake production, quality control, and packaging, and ensure stocks are sufficient at all time
• Logistic
• Arrange delivery route, tracking of deliveries, assign jobs for driver, and ensure all deliveries arrive on time
