Requirements

• Creative, inspired and young spirited youth keen in photography
• Strong interest in Art & Craft
• Good communication skill in Mandarin/Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in similar role will added advantage
• SPM, Diploma, Degree with retail management experience or promoter experience are welcome to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff in all outlets that is directly under the company
• Monitor store displays, updates on new products and services including updating the information to dealers outlet .
• Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees and their job performance.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets and assist them in handling customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Submission of daily /weekly/monthly reports on outlets performance.
