Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Business, Marketing or equivalent qualify.
• Experience in sales/market development preferably in beauty salon/ related field
• Outgoing, strong-motivated, self-disciplined and very independent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be conversant in Mandarin / English
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Identify new business development opportunities and potential territories for brands and market expansion.
• Reviews of marketing opportunities and goal markets, intellect gathering on the customers and the competitors, making leads for feasible sales.
• Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and launching events.
• Build company profile and product’s brand image including packaging development in the market through sustained campaigns.
• Responsible for proposing an overall budget, delivering revenue forecasts and controls cost to achieve target results.
• Develop working relationship (tie-up) for advertisement and promotion campaign with other organizations.
