Requirements

• Happy,  easy going & motivated individual. Willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware, & bake-ware and knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling) is an advantage. 
• Ability to follow all sanitation and operational procedures instructed ( and agreed by team/ shift leaders)

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Check quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Provide timely and focused service to customers and support to other team members.
