Requirements

• Minimum STPM/Diploma or Degree which is equivalent
• At least 1 years of working experience and knowledge in mechanical
• Knowledge in electrical will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to write Maintenance & Service Report as per required.
• Communication well and able to coordinate with all staffs.
• Able to work on :
• Public Holiday Substitution
• Able to adapt to shift working hours as per required.
• Able to work during Weekly Off Day or Public Holidays for Machine repairing / maintenance
• Able to travel

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Assist on instrument installation, equipment set up, calibration & troubleshooting.
• Perform daily routine inspections, repairs & preventive maintenance activities of equipment.
• Record & analyze maintenance history of machine and equipment.
• Assist on improvement projects.
• To help & assist production department (when needed)
• Controlling and supervising subordinates, material & matter.
• Monitor and submit weekly maintenance report.
• Control and maintain company equipment, coordinate with subcontractors.
• Responsible to ensure that works after carried out maintenance or servicing are in good condition.
• To undertake any other job directed by Immediate Superior from time to time.
• To ensure good housekeeping in workshop, machineries & equipment & to perform trouble shooting to minimize machine downtime.
