Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Skills : computer literate with Microsoft Office
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administrative support or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Klang
• Prefer Female only

Responsibilities

• Handling general office administrative task
• General clerical duties data entry, recording and filling in Warehouse department
• To key in daily assignment into computer system
• To coordinate with sale department for goods delivery schedule and follow delivery schedule
• To ensure proper record keeping and document reconciliation
• Attending incoming call and inquiry from internal and external
• Perform any other duties as assigned by company
• Ensure timely delivery goods to customer
• Able to run warehouse operation independently or with minimum supervision
