Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor's Degree in HRM or other discipline
• At least 5 years hands on experience in conducting training
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Able to communicate with all levels of people
• Creative & innovative in delivery of training
• A matured team player, resourceful, self motivated with high integrity

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year training and development roadmap (curriculum) that supports development of each role defined.
• Design/Develop/Deliver in-house soft skills training programs.
• Identify relevant external training provider based on selected training solution.
• Identify training and development needs within the organization through training needs, analysis, skill matrix to identify the potential gaps.
• Have knowledge or experience with E-Learning
