Requirements

• Minimum LCCI in Accounting or related qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar position preferred
• Knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a necessity
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software
• Proficient in Chinese，English and Malay
• Good team player, Aggressive, Meticulous and Organized
• Ability to plan own workload, prioritize accordingly and work independently

Responsibilities

• Abe to perform Full Set Accounts, GL & other accounting function
• Compile analyse financial information to prepare financial statement including monthly & annual account
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accounting standard rules & other regulatory
• To maintain proper accounting records & filing
• Ensure timely & accurate payment of customer and vendor’s invoices
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bankers
• Check GST reports & documentation and ensure compliance, accuracy and timely submission and payment of GST
