Requirements
- Candidate
must possess at least a degree in business
studies/administration/management or equivalent
- Experience
in MLM industry will be an advantages
- Required
languages: English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong
computer experience with multiple window based systems
- Responsible,
willing to learn and hardworking, good analytical skills
- Good
working attitude and able to work independently
- Result

Responsibilities
- Monitor
inventory level
- Perform
and follow up on all sales matters between distributors and members
- Assist
to ensure promotions/events are properly planned & executed in timely
manner
- Support
distributors and marketing team in providing customer service, maintain customer
records and database
- Liaise
with distributors and coordinate the delivery section to meet customers
delivery deadlines/expected delivery dates
- Ensure
accuracy of billing sent to distributors, members, invoice and relevant
documents
- Monitor
sales information system and provide relevant business information on a
timely basis
- Serves
customers by providing product and service information
- Resolving
product and services problems
- Opens
and maintains customer records by recording and updating account
information
- Resolves
product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
following up to ensure resolution
- Recommends
potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analysing customer needs
- Prepare
reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Handle
ad-hoc financial assignments and prepare financial analysis periodically
