Requirements
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Pleasant looking, warm personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills
  • Able to work independently and  meet deadlines with right sense of urgency.
  • Self-proactive, initiative, committed and motivated attitude are a MUST. 

Responsibilities
  • To efficiently handle customer call inquiries;
  • Effectively manage incoming calls and channel to appropriate persons;
  • Handle office administrative matters such as office clerical work. e.g. courier/mails, ordering of office stationaries;
  • To manage sales deliveries, sales related processes, meetings and coordinate between suppliers, vendors and customers;
  • Liase with overseas head office and assist/execute tasks;
  • Assist in ad-hoc matters to be assigned and assist the superior from time to time.
