Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work as a team.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch - before opening, during operating hours and at day end closing.
• Conduct daily briefings prior to opening of the branch.
• You will be responsible for all functions of the retail branch including sales, service stocks, SOPs and staff so as to ensure quality operations.
• Achieve the daily service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage staff related matters including performance management and development.
• Manage stock inventory such as devices.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for inventory and paperwork
