Requirements
- Possess
a Certificate/Diploma in Business Study, Sales & Marketing or any
relevant discipline with minimum 1 year experience in customer service
environment, knowledge in products Electrical & Electronics is an
added advantage. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Pleasant,
self motivated, self discipline, matured personality, good time management
with sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient
level of English in written and verbal communication.
- Some
basic computer literate is an added advantages.
Responsibilities
- Provide
support to Engineering Teams in daily business transaction and
co-ordination.
- Handle
customer inquiry, project proposal and assist on paperwork preparation.
- Ensure
customers' request, enquiries and complaints are attended in professional
manner and accordance to our company customer service standard to create
customers' loyalty.
- Handle
order processing, credit application and arrange goods delivery in timely
and proficient manner.
- Perform
ad-hoc duties as directed by superior when required.
