Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Food Tech / Biology / science related
• Can start with short notice
• Have knowledge on HACCP, ISO, GMP, GAP, CCPs
• Experienced handling audit (added advantage)
• Can speak mandarin (added advantage)

Responsibilities

• Administration and facilitation of product grading, customer specifications, quality records and documentation.
• Identify, develop and implement plans for process flow, response to product quality and and food safety issues.
• Identify and improve quality systems to both best practice innovation for cuurent and future needs.
• Maintain a compliance calendar for HACCP, personnel training and audits.
• Ensure peoduct quality and food safety that meet customer and regulatory requiremnts.
• Handle customer complaints and feedbacks.
• Provide education to operating staff on CCPs, GMP, SOPs and etc.
