Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a higher Secondary/STPM or Equivalent
  • With or without experience
  • Friendy, independent, resourceful and responsible
  • Able to speak English and Malay
  • Good communication skill
  • Can work on shift
  • Piority for those who can start immediately

Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk in guests, great and direct visitors to company
  • Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp)
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
  • Count bank at the beginning and end of shift
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Keeping reception area and meeting room tidy
  • Take up other duties as assigned
