Requirements

• Own skills in culinary, food preparation, food safety & hygiene
• Food & Beverage experience in hotel or high volume independent restaurant will be an advantage
• Good team player and builder
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Able to work in Non-Halal restaurant (6 restaurants serving alcohol, 1 restaurant serving pork)
• Able to work with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in a professional way

Responsibilities

• Responsible in monitoring and maintaining restaurant daily activities
• Ensure all food are prepared and served in a timely manner
• Perpare ingredients and food items according to recipes
• Perform audit checking for all the complete and outlet operation checklist
• Provide assist to subordinates for any reportes issues
• Work as role model participating in restaurant operations
• Ensure all procedures comply with the company standards and policies
