Requirements
- Candidate
should possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Mass
Communication, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
- Have
personal car.
- Minimum
relevant working experience of 2- 3 years. Excellent written and oral
communication skills.
- Proficient
in computer skills.
- Ability
to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
- Ability
to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent
organizational and time management skills.
- Pleasant
interpersonal skills.
- Possesses
initiative, reliability and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Providing
administrative support to the DIRECTOR, e.g., handling independently
correspondences and coordination to facilitate effective and efficient
management of the Company.
- Represent
the Company in the absence of DIRECTOR and ensuring that the constant flow
of information and communication with staff, customers, etc., are dealt
with effectively.
- Coordination
and ensuring that reports are submitted in a timely manner.
- Attending
Management Meetings, being responsible for the notices, agendas and
resultant minutes.
- Responsible
for the DIRECTOR's calendar, travel arrangements, welfare and well-being.
- Assist
in all admin matters assigned by DIRECTOR.
