Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mas Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Ability to take and perform instructions effectively
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily routine tasks
• Resourceful and effective in resolving problem
• Creative, independent, resourceful with excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowledge in Chinese is an added advantage
• Willing to travel and possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Have a complete understanding of the products and services of the hotel
• Responsible for the sales of the rooms and actively looking for sales to increase business performance of the hotel
• Responsible to obtain minimum monthly sales target of RM30,000.00
• Engage travel agencies and corporations for group deals
• Market Research of competitor hotel pricing and promotion
• Manage Online Travel Agent (OTA) and assist with implementation of pricing/marketing strategies on our channel manager
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
• Support the Director with day to day events coordinating
