Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree such as Engineering, Accountancy, Business Management or other related field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and other languages are added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in hospitality, property, construction or other related fields.
• The candidate must be motivated, very initiative and willing to learn.
• Willing to travel both in Malaysia & Overseas.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Must possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external parties and perform tasks such as managing schedule, correspondence and reports.
• Sharing updates and communication with relevant parties to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of activities.
• Able to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
• Undertaking special assignment, ad-hoc functions, and other duties as and when required.
