Requirements

• Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Engineering (Civil & Structure),  or experience in related field.
• Familiar with building construction 
• Knowledge in construction specialist work.
• Able to lead and supervise site workers.
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English 
• Honest, strong coordination, punctual, disciplined, independent
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
• Possess own transport (motorcycle/car) and willing to travel
• Experience Level: 1-3 years
• Knowledge of construction site practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise general workers and sub-contractor
• Monitor daily project progress based on project schedule
• Monitor completed projects defects and rectification works
• Attending necessary site meetings/site inspections
• Coordination of sub-contractor’s works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.
• To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
• Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
