Requirements

• Required Skill(s): Electrical troubleshooting, Equipment repairing, Parts replacement, Test run, and Setup
• Electrical knowledge is essential.
• 1-2 year(s) experience in service technician/ inspection field.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• A committed and service- oriented team player.
• Ability to take initiative and to work independently with minimum
• Able to response positively to stress.
• To be pleasant and friendly when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Able to troubleshoot technical problems and to be customer service oriented.
• To perform installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance services, breakdown troubleshooting, repair and replace electrical parts. 
• To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with instructions given. Upon completion, proper testing shall be carried out and relevant results shall be documents and submitted accordingly.
• To ensure accuracy and timely submission of all services reports and time sheets. Solely responsible for own working hours.
• Report to the immediate to the department manager (Technical Manager).
• To attend all technical jobs as and when assigned by the company.
• To follow up on all unsettled cases.
• To advise the company of any product issue and give recommendations for improvements.
• help other people if required by supervisor.
• Follow supervisor's instruction 
• Follow Company's safety and rules
