Requirements
- Possess
at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor /Master/Degree/Advance Diploma
Graduate in Finance/Accounting.
- At
least 5 years’ working experience in the accounting field and have good
basic accounting knowledge & competent in full set accounts.
- Experience
and knowledgeable in GST filling and submission.
- Knowledgeable
in Taxation related matters such as Tax Computation and LHDN E-Filling.
- Good
interpersonal skill and able to work independently, multi tasker,
willing to learn, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
with minimum supervision and able to meet the deadline.
- Required
skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Applicants
must be willing to work in Excella Business Park.
- Preferably
Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or
equivalent.
- Full-Time
position(s) available.
- Familiar
with Goldsoft and UBS Accounting System.
Responsibilities
- To
undertake administration duties and ad hoc assignments as and
when assigned from time to time.
- Involve
in handling finance job tasks.
- To
support daily sales operations and its related administration work.
- Timely
and accurately prepare of monthly management accounts, the group
consolidated accounts, management reports, and analysis for both internal
and external purposes within the stipulated deadline.
- Responsible
for the full spectrum of the accounting/finance functions and management
reporting.
- Preparation
of forecast, variance analysis, group cash flow statements.
- Liaise
with the external/internal auditor, company secretary, regulatory
authorities and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters
relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Analyzing
current and past financial data and financial performance of Company.
- Assist
in preparation of corporate proposal and other corporate finance matters.
- Assist
in preparation of business proposal and quotation, investment memorandum,
and other financial reports.
- To
handle the posting of the company’s accounting data, reconciliation of the
company banks accounts, preparation and submission of GST.
