Requirements

• Min. education requirement : Bachelor's Degree , Diploma or Professional Degree from accountind field,
• Well versed in UBS Accounting System or equivalent
• Candidates with audit experience preferred.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in Johor.
• Salary based on experience.( RM2000-RM2500)

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling and managing full sets of accounts and conversant in taxation and accounting standards.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Group financial report.
• To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection and assist in checking and monitor for payroll side.
• Managing daily accounting transactions
• Act as liaison with external parties on corporate financing matters - bankers, secretary, auditors, tax agent and local authorities.
• Responsible for all suppliers payment reconciliation.
• Responsible to prepare monthly supplier reconciliation and tally the aging balances with supplier statement of account.
• Compiling documents for GST quarterly reporting and custom audit report for companies that involved.
• Assist in preparing and printing of all accounting records for audit purposes.
• Monitor expiring and overdue cheque and follow up with relevant party accordingly.
