Requirements

• Min LCCI & SPM Level or above.
• 2 years’ experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Ms Office, Million Accounting Software & GST is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Ability to multi task and work in a team.
• Able to communicate in simple Mandarin a “Must"
• Possess own transport.
• Working Location area: Eco Business Park

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate tax invoices, credit note and debit note to customers.
• Process payments, including generating payment vouchers and preparation of cheques
• Generate monthly reports e.g debtor aging, sales reports, stock summary etc.
• Sending monthly statement of account to customers and respond to billing enquiries and issues.
• Liaise with customers on overdue account and ensure collections are updated timely.
• Maintain cash book records and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Process all expenses claims and maintain the petty cash.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
