Requirements
  • Candidates preferably possess Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field. Fresh graduate is considered
  • Computer literate especially Microsoft and good IT skills
  • High sense of confidentiality and self-discipline, independent, accuracy, responsible, attention to details & good analytical skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good command of written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia ,Knowledge of mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Able to work in Terengganu X 1 Post
  • Able to work in Mont Kiara X 1 Post
  • Able to work immediately

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support including handling calls , meeting business associates, filing, faxing, photocopying and courier follow-up.
  • To Provide administration support which include correspondence, office documents and administrative works.
  • Be Assigned other related Ad hoc tasks and when required
  • To perform any other job assignment / duties as may be required by the management from time to time
