Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or any equivalent.
  • Experienced will be added as advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Must be able to speak English and Malay. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • LIMITED 8 slots of Full-Time vacancies to be filled up in Subang Jaya, KL, Petaling Jaya, Kelana Jaya, Shah Alam, Pulau Carey!

Responsibilities
  • Vendor Admin Analyst (Fresh Graduates; Subang Jaya)
    • Process Vendor Management Admin forms in accordance with finance policy for vendor or employee setup globally
    • Ensures timeliness and quality meets the agreed service level
    • Resolve Vendor Administration issues by working closely with Front Line Office
    • Generate monthly vendor audit reports and sent out to respective country Finance Controller
  • Purchase Orderer Analyst (PO) (Fresh Graduates; Subang Jaya)
    • Accurate PO issuance for SINGAPORE, INDIA, UAE & PAKISTAN against timely submission.
    • Open PO, PO issues and Problem Log are cleared timely with the respective parties.
    • Reminder sent to Process Owner to ensure all PO are approved before period closing.
    • Vendor SOA are checked promptly and query send to OPS or CS if invoice not received
  • Employee Expenses Report (EER) (Fresh Graduates; Subang Jaya)
    • Track/monitor KPIs of EER team and review exception reporting, follow up with administrator/staff for closures.
    • Escalate “delinquent” EER staff to Regional President if they are perpetual “abusers” of GAPP policy.
    • Ensure EERs submitted are in compliance with the global GAPP policy and supplemented local policies (where available).
    • Verify and process manual TERs (for countries not on EER system) in accordance with GAPP.
  • Logistic Coordinator (Fresh Graduates/Experienced; KL/Petaling Jaya)
    • Data Processing work related to logistic field – Date search, analysis input & audit as well as reporting management.
    • Candidate requires working on email communication and liaising with customers and vendors.
    • To ensure that all document generated are with highest accuracy and error free.
  • Shipping cum Purchasing Executive (Fresh Graduates/Experienced; Pulau Carey)
    • To source, negotiate, close order with forwarder/supplier and expedite delivery.
    • To prepare shipping and purchasing report to internal/external department.
    • To liaise, follow up and resolve detail / status with the supplier, custom officer, forwarding agent and other who are involved in the vessel booking/custom clearance matters for incoming or outgoing delivery / shipment.
    • To verify bills from shipping agents, forwarders, transporters, government authorities and etc for payment purpose.
