Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM/Diploma/Degree
• Age 18 years and above
• Able to communicate fluently and enjoys dealing with people
• Customer service oriented and friendly disposition
• Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
• Computer literate especially emails, WORD and EXCEL

Responsibilities

• Patient registration, patients relationship, payment, appointments & follow up
• Assist therapist in their patient management
• Clinic administrative & operation work
• Attend to patient’s enquiries and answering incoming calls
• Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments
• Simple account and billing matters
• Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
