Requirements

• Epicuro is looking for a creative and talented individual to fill in the position of Commis 1, to be part of our growing and dynamic team
• We are opening a brand new grill concept restaurant in Damansara Utama (Asian Fusion), in a Mall in Damansara Uptown
• If you're interested in all things related to food, are able to follow the highest standards and are passionate and talented in food preparation and creation then this is the right job for you
• No job experience is required, but must be motivated and passionate about the food industry, and be able to work in a team
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field

Responsibilities

• Daily Preparation of ingredients (Mise en place)
• Cooking for daily food service
• Maintaining visual presentation of food served
• Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
