Requirements

• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin. - Must at least be able to speak conversational English.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office including Excels and PPT.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow up calls with members regarding members enquiries.
• To promote the latest offers to portal members.
• To build strong customer relationship
• Knowledge in client servicing/customer service an added advantage.
