Requirements

• Candidate should be Diploma level or at least 3 years experience in similar position.
• Candidate must be a pleasant personality and enjoys dealing with people
• Candidate has good communication skills and work well with team / group of people
• Candidate has good common sense and judgement in people skills
• Candidate should have English skills - some Chinese dialects is an advantage
• Is familar with MS Office such as emails, WORD and EXCEL for basic works

Responsibilities

• In charge of managing customers with calls, inquiries and appointments
• In charge of advising and assisting customers with the choices of company services
• In charge of ensuring customers are well taken care off following company policies in the daily operation
