Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): CRM application, MS Excel, MS Word
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
• Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative.
• Training will be provided.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

• Team with sales manager to build pipeline and close deals.
• Generate new leads and follow up existing accounts.
• Maintains databases by entering, verifying and backing up customer databases.
• Develop the business relationship, gather customer intelligence data and deliver total satisfaction customer service.
• Fulfil customer requirements, aligning business gaols with high margin for their proposals.
• Promote and upsell client on other opportunities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
