Requirements

• Familiar with Finance, Accounting Regulations, policies and Experience within brand/marketing management (min 2 year in an operating company environment in beauty industry
• Management experience of min 2 – 3 years
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent courses in Business
• Extensive experience of working with advertising, media agencies 
• Multilingual
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• Innovative and systematic person with sound analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Brand and Product Management, from planning, forecasting, developing of product & POS, and executing of activities 
• Optimise and secure long term value of the brands (measure using consumer awareness, consumer preference, image/reputation, profit and market share) 
• Contribute to the fulfilment of the overall Company's strategy through developing and implementing strategic & tactical marketing initiatives such as product development, advertising, sponsorship, events and PR 
• Identify new opportunities that can influence brand growth
• Increase overall profitability via effective commercial / channel mix strategy 
• Drive market share and maintain brand equity 
• Implement value management agenda in market
• Reinforce brand equity to a path to enhanced market share via highly engaging campaigns and equity enhancing activation platforms
• Knowledge and well operate of social media. Eg; Facebook, Twitter & etc. and have good concept on Digital Marketing
