Online Customer Service Specialist

 Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur
 Min Education: Secondary/SPM/'O' Level

Requirements
  • Good command in Mandarin writing and communication skills.
  • Able to know Chinese input method. Fast typer, typing speed not less than 60 words per minute.
  • Responsible and patient, have a good team spirit.
  • Working hours: 10 am to 10 pm, one week two days off.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through online chat and phone. 
  • Develop new customers, maintain existing customers, and establish long-term relationship with customers.
  • Keep customer's files and introduce latest company events promptly, handle customer's problems immediately.
  • Abide by the company's rules and regulations, and complete tasks assigned by superior.
