Requirements
- Good
command in Mandarin writing and communication skills.
- Able
to know Chinese input method. Fast typer, typing speed not less than 60
words per minute.
- Responsible
and patient, have a good team spirit.
- Working
hours: 10 am to 10 pm, one week two days off.
Responsibilities
- Communicate
with customers through online chat and phone.
- Develop
new customers, maintain existing customers, and establish long-term
relationship with customers.
- Keep
customer's files and introduce latest company events promptly, handle
customer's problems immediately.
- Abide
by the company's rules and regulations, and complete tasks assigned by
superior.
