Requirements
- Minimum
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, retail, commerce or related
field.
- Experience
in Ecommerce, customer service or retail will be added advantage
- Possess
positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimum
supervision
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills (English, Bahasa Malayu, Cantonese
and Mandarin)
- Strong
organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to
detail.
- Proactive
and resourceful in problem solving.
- Fresh
graduates or candidates without experience, but with good attitude and
ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide
day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms
and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as
appropriate to the position.
- Communicate
courteously with merchant and/or customer by telephone, email, and face to
face (if necessary).
- Handle
and resolve merchant and/or customer’s enquiries and complaints timely
regarding product and services, specifically on billing, product and
service information, and other general concerns.
- Identify
appropriate solutions for issues arise to the best interest of both
merchant and/or customer and company and escalate the issue accordingly to
superior when necessary according to SLAs
- Maintain
high level of professionalism while establish a positive rapport with
merchant and/or customer
- Provide
end-to-end-sales service to customer according to the given SOPs
- Update
and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with
merchant and/or customer
- Perform
data entry by record data and log by via operating data entry equipment
- Involve
in system testing for customer service system
- Assist
in sales support activities in relation to company’s product and services,
merchant-client opportunities, branding and promotional campaign.
- Ability
to attend to work on shift
- Scope
of work including taking calls, responding to chats, emails.
- Perform
any other duties including but not limited to inventory, e-commerce flow,
supply chain management as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
