Requirements
- Sales
- Reaching
the targets and goals set for your area
- Compiling
and analysing sales figures
- Formulate
strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible stores
- Staff
relations
- Recruiting
and training sales staff
- Monitoring
your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Manage,
develop, coach, control and motivate staff to develop their skill to
ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales
target and KPI target are met
- Manage
staff to ensure targets are delivered through people management,
performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Recruit
new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that
they perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
- Operations
- Establishing,
maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Ensuring
the needs of customers are met
- Possibly
dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Keeping
up to date with products and competitors
- Collecting
customer feedback and market research
- Ensuring
targets for food cost and labour cost are met
- Continuously
looking for ways to improve our current SOPs and/ or processes
Responsibilities
- Assist
the management of the stores and ensure the preparation, monitoring,
management and reporting of budgets for shops.
- Work
closely with their shops, helping them grow their business by driving both
the marketing activity whilst ensuring a proactive sales culture is
adopted.
- Monitor
sales and action plans for their stores and proactively support shop
managers in reaching objectives. Ensuring staff emphasis is placed on
proactively seeking to identify customer needs and offer solutions through
cross selling, up selling and customer retention.
- Identify
new business opportunities within assigned area through analysis of needs
and trends and provide documented recommendations for such initiatives.
- Recommend
and present project management initiatives within assigned areas such as
new branches, relocations and major refurbishments.
